WEEKLY REVIEW

Kendall- Coming off his third straight win, Kendall retains the number one spot in this week’s power rankings. With another triple digit outing, Kendall’s scoring has gradually increased as the season progresses just in time for playoffs. With a RB tandem that cannot be stopped and position players that can explode for big games, Kendall has a lethal lineup that is more than ready to make a run. With the best record in the league and a moderately easy schedule going forward, I fully expect Kendall to finish at least 9-4 and earn the one seed in the playoffs.

Josh- With their third straight loss in week ten, the Joneses franchise was dismembered and replaced by a new team owned by R&B sensation R. Kelly himself. If there is such a thing as a good loss, Josh had one in week ten, scoring 90 points despite leaving Willie Snead on the bench. He still has the highest scoring team in the league and tied for the second-best record. The downward trend is severe; however, this is still a high caliber team with a playoff spot locked.

Trevor- I am very proud to announce that my boy T-Bone Magone finally has things going for him. The way his fantasy team performed this week might as well have been a three-way with Tamah and Hannah Bennett. At 5-5 Trevor is still on the playoff bubble, but with back to back 120+ weeks he moves into second in scoring and looks to solidify a playoff spot this week. I would like to see if he can keep up the trend going forward, but for now I am just enjoying his success and wishing him the best. Keep up that dawg shit Trevs.

Alex- With a triple digit showing in a win against Riley, Alex moves into a tie for second best record at 6-4 and fourth in this week’s power rankings. At only fifth in scoring, Alex’s team lacks consistency but with the Denver defense and a solid WR core I fully expect him to make playoffs. Oh, and the Cowboys are going to win the superbowl.

Brandon- Moving up a spot from last week, Brandon comes in at number five after a three-point win over the man himself. With a very fluid lineup from week to week, Brandon has made very smart pickups to get his second win in a row and move to 5-5. For most of the season Brandon was at risk of being the best team to miss playoffs, but with his record and current league standings his future is in his own hands.

Julian- After a two-week skid, Julian picks up a W against Kyle joining the very popular 5-5 club. With the best RBs in the league and a surprising showing from Marcus Mariota, Julian scored 93 despite having two players put up 0’s and his defense scoring -3. He has the high scoring assets he needs, and if he can pick up some pieces from waivers his team could be looking very dangerous come playoffs.

Bryce- After scoring 114 last week, Bryce fell to his knees and took a pounding from Trevor in week ten. Although he has a very well balanced team, his players tend to underperform some weeks keeping him from finding more success. Unless things turn around, Bryce is at serious risk of missing playoffs.

Kyle- Kyle took his second loss in a row, scoring 79 against Julian in week ten. After scoring only 72 last week, Kyle seems to be on a downward trend that is poorly timed with playoffs looming. He is ninth in scoring and has recently been dipping lower and lower. On the upside, his team has a solid backbone in Aaron Rodgers and Antonio Brown, however, it might be time to look elsewhere for some RB and flex help.

Jack- Scoring only 75 in Lesean McCoy’s bye week, I fell to 4-6 and became a game behind the rest of the pack in the playoff hunt. It is safe to say that the remainder of my schedule are must win games if I want a shot at a 5 or 6 seed. With another tough bye week with the chargers and broncos off, I must find some points somewhere on the wire. Hopefully my new team name and Shady himself will bring me back from the grave and keep things interesting.

Riley- At 2-8 it is mathematically safe to say that Mr. McGill will miss playoffs this year, although I am not sure that he cares. With a solid quarterback tandem but only one spot to start them in, Riley has struggled with scoring. However, with two bubble teams left on the schedule Riley has the ultimate spoiler opportunity, a role I fully expect him to embrace.
